General Rates and conditions:
Rates do not include tax (foreign tourists are exempt from this tax),
tips, alcoholic beverages, children under 2 are free when accompanied by
parents in same room, rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates do include:Transfer from Punta Arenas Airport, 3 meals per day
and bar, Daily tours.
Reservation and cancellations:
30% of the value of the reservation is required to confirm
the reservation
The balance is due 30 days before arrival
Changes will be subject to hotel approval and must be
requested no less than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation penalties: 30 to 60 days prior to arrival
$20 US per person, 10-29 days 30% of deposit, 0 to 9 days 100% of total
reservation value.
